  • Update to the Fact Find Meeting File Note and Statement of Advice Meeting File Note – Added a confirmation of the client’s understanding of their Duty of Disclosure if Insurance is in scope

  • Update to the Insurance Needs Analysis Module – Fixed an issue where the bullet point for providing a value for Capital Needs or Income Required in the output would show when the input field was left blank.

  • Update to the Features and Benefits Module – Fixed a minor formatting issue where an extra line spacing would appear in certain situations in the “Why is this feature being sought by you?" column. Also fixed a bug where Not-Applicable Out of scope would appear where it is in scope for client 2
  • Updates to the Terms of Engagement Module – Added missing word “services” in the last cell of “The fees charged for our services” table.
  • Made support staff job title editable to cater for other support staff job titles, and removed required field status. Previously fixed as Research Associate.
  • Added a ‘Waive Initial Advice Fee’ option for client 1 and client 2. This will automatically populate 0 in all fee fields in the input, and corrected the nan% to N/A that was showing in the fee percentages calculated in the fee summary table in output. This error message was caused due to dividing by  0.
  • Fixed formatting issue where a blank page would show before the Client Acknowledgement page when there is no client 2.

  • Update to Risk Profile Module – added an error message in the output if no selection has been made for a question in the Risk Profile Questionnaire.

  • Added to the Fact Find File Note – FSCG, CAF and CAF T&C’s – version number and date.
  • Added to the Ongoing Service Review File Note – Ability to include client’s emotional demeanour, current financial position and changes to client’s health status, as well as room for notes on each area. We have also added the option to include ‘reconfirmation wording’ in relation to reconfirming what each area of advice includes, as well as text boxes to include the client’s original goals for each area of advice that were reconfirmed during the meeting.
